A wild confrontation at a Philadelphia car wash turned into a fiery scene straight out of a movie—and it was all caught on video.

Imani Walker, 27, is now facing a long list of serious charges, including attempted homicide, aggravated assault, and assault with a deadly weapon, after police say a heated argument with her ex-boyfriend spiraled completely out of control.

The incident happened on North Broad Street, where 42-year-old Moctar Elias was working when Walker—who he had dated for about five years—showed up and confronted him.

At first, it looked like a tense but typical argument. Video shows the two talking before things quickly turn physical. Walker is seen knocking a coffee cup out of Elias’ hand, and the situation escalates into a fight, with both of them swinging and ending up on the ground as others rush over.

But that was just the beginning.

After the scuffle, Walker got into her Volkswagen Jetta and drove toward Elias’ vehicle, where she allegedly grabbed a hammer and started smashing it. Elias ran over, took the hammer from her, and even swung it toward her car before she backed off.

Then things took a terrifying turn.

With some distance between them, police say Walker suddenly sped up and drove straight into Elias, sending him flying and slamming her car into a nearby wall. The impact shattered the windshield, and within moments, the vehicle caught fire as smoke poured into the air.

Bystanders rushed to help, with one person pulling Elias away from the wreck while another tried to stop Walker before she fled the scene.

Elias was taken to the hospital and treated for injuries to his neck and legs. Thankfully, he survived.

Walker was arrested days later and has since posted a $75,000 bond. She is expected back in court for a preliminary hearing on April 24.

Elias later told reporters he had never seen anything like this from her before, suggesting the violent outburst may have come out of nowhere.
